A new play by James Cary

The God Particle is a romantic comedy about science and religion.

Rev Dr Gilbert Selwyn, the new vicar of Threepiggs, is looking for his predecessor who vanished a year earlier. As he searches for answers, he meets Dr Bex Kenworthy, from the local Institute of Advanced Quantum Mechanics. As the mysteries and oddities increase, they discover the real meaning of faith, knowledge, love and the importance of keeping an open mind. It’s Rev meets Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.

The play has been written by James Cary, co- writer of hit BBC sitcom Miranda, as well as co-writing Another Case of Milton Jones (Radio 4). His stage-show, Infinite Number of Monkeys, was nominated for Perrier Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Fringe.
