Techovate2012 is a two-day event will bring Silicon Valley to the South-East and will offer Irish businesses of all sizes and stages of development an unrivalled opportunity to interact with and learn from senior executives of the worlds most successful companies including Microsoft, Google, IBM, Facebook, CISCO and LinkedIn.


Organised by Innovation Wexford and The Fuse Initiative, the conference concept came about after a group of entrepreneurs travelled to Silicon Valley and knocked on doors to forge links with the diaspora in Northern California to help develop growth within the Irish SME sector. Through a packed schedule of dialogues, seminars and workshops, Techovate2012 will show you how your business can best harness technology to grow in a fast-moving and competitve marketplace.  With exclusive access to three techovate zones featuring keynote presentations, intimate discussion forums and interactive networking events, attendees will enjoy an informative and insightful event against the backdrop of one of Ireland's most inspirational venues, Wexford Opera House.

Innovation Wexford is a not-for-profit job creation organisation with a community focused approach to enterprise development.  To date it has assisted in the creation of over 800 jobs and has supported the establishment and development of over 100 companies. Innovation Wexford is the registered trade name of Wexford Community Development Association Society Ltd.  It was established in 1986 to combat high levels of unemployment, social exclusion and marginalisation within County Wexford, and to create an environment that nurtures and supports job creation within the County. It aims to achieve this through its various job creation divisions.
 
Its mission is to support the creation of sustainable employment through the encouragement and stimulation of private and co-operative enterprise through out the County. Innovation Wexford own and operate a number of enterprise divisions which provide professional service offerings to a large variety of local and national clientele. These divisions have successfully developed an integrated working environment that promotes and encourages the inclusion of individuals from marginalised, socially disadvantaged and disabled communities as full and valued members of our highly trained workforce. Group Initiatives include Wexford Enterprise Centre, TechOvate, Recycling 2000, Datagroup and Celtic Enterprises.

FUSE is an alliance of South-East entrepreneurs, which aims to ignite growth among regional businesses and attract new high-growth businesses to the South-East. We can do this by creating an exceptional culture of entrepreneurship in the South-East region.
Run by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, FUSE is delivering a series of practical initiatives including peer-to-peer mentoring, entrepreneurial master classes, idea generation sessions for new business opportunities and a regional networking database. The ultimate aim is for the South-East region to be known as the best place in Ireland to start-up or grow a business, thus driving wealth and job creation in the region.
