Sign up to the British 10K London run taking place on the 8th of July, 9.35am.
If you have never experienced running a distance through London you are in for a treat! It is a spectacular way to see some of London’s most famous landmarks including Big Ben, The London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, Trafalgar Square and Westminster Abbey. As the Olympic games are nearly upon us, this will be an exciting time to partake in the London 10K run. This year, all runners will be chip timed, so you will be able to see your personal record.
As we had such great feedback from last years gaming character costumes we are setting the same theme for this year. So feel free to come as a gaming character of your choice or alternatively we will provide a SpecialEffect T-shirt.
We're asking all our runners to set a target to raise £200 each for SpecailEffect. We're on hand to answer any questions you might have about fundraising, and we can provide case studies to tell potential supporters about the impact the walk will have and we will have regular updates on our facebook and twitter pages.
If you have any questions about the event don’t hesitate to contact Sally Donegan (sally@specialeffect.org.uk) or Hannah Whittaker (hannah@specialeffect.org.uk).
Thank you for showing an interest in running the British 10K London for SpecailEffect, we hope to see you there!
