Social Media Training Day
This one day course is designed to teach you about using the free tools available in social media that you can use to engage with your customers and make social media start working for your business.
Social media has revolutionised the way in which companies can communicate with their customers and build new communities around your brand. The day will take you through how you can use these tools for your business and at the end of the course you'll receive a full training pack with the tools and guidelines covered throughout the day.
The course will be an intensive session from 9am - 3pm. The course will be delivered by Niall Harbison and Lauren Fisher from Simply Zesty - an online PR and social media agency.
