Sue Froggatt Sue has over 25 years experience in marketing and over the last ten years has specialised in working with membership organisations on member recruitment and retention issues. Over 450 associations and 1,800 delegates have attended her events and seminars. She is also involved with a number of research and consultancy projects for various associations. She is passionate about helping associations strategically, operationally and tactically with member recruitment and retention issues. She is a firm believer in practical, commonsense approaches that are backed up by evidence.Sue is a founder member of the UK Professional Speakers Association. |

She worked for ACEVO (Association of Chief Executive Officers for Voluntary Sector organisation) for five years, as Director of Membership and Marketing, and has since been consulting for a range of membership bodies helping them with strategic and tactical issues. |

William’s roles in membership bodies have included successfully reengineering the events departments at The British bankers’ Association and The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) and one of Europe’s largest membership organisations, The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. William was former Commercial Manager for the CML and is now an Events Consultant for Gallus Events. |
