RED CARPET EVENT ITINERARY NOVEMBER 19^TH 2011

We are delighted you will able to join us for our special Red Carpet event on Saturday 19th of November at the Shehnai, Reading.

To assist us with the smooth running of the evening please arrive at the Shehnai Banqueting Suite between 6:00 – 6:30 to be seated by 6:45pm.

Please note that Reading town centre will be extremely busy as the following activities are taking place on the 19^th for those of you who are driving to Reading:

Reading Football will be playing at home to Cardiff and the game is due to end at approx. 5pm

The Christmas lights will be turned on in the main town centre by a celebrity so the area around Shehnai will be very busy.

Traffic generally will be unusually heavy so we would like to recommend that you allow yourself more time to arrive at The Shehnai Banqueting Suite. The car park can be found on West Street
