ICPMF7 Predictive Modelling of Food Quality and Safety

 Oral presentations 

Papers will be presented in 12 thematic sessions for a single oral slot. The date and time of presentations will be according to the ICPMF7 Scientific Program.

LOADING PRESENTATIONS
To ensure smooth running of oral sessions, it is recommended that presenting authors should upload their presentation (in Powerpoint format) on site at the Conference Desk as early as possible but at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled oral session. 

PRESENTATION DURATION
Oral Paper Presentations are allotted 15 minutes: 13 minutes for the presentation itself and 2 minutes for Questions & Answers.
The importance of keeping presentations on schedule is crucial. Please run through your presentation beforehand and time it!

Poster presentations 

All posters should be installed at the beginning of the day (9.00 am). Poster presenters will be responsible for removing their poster by the end of the day of the poster session. Poster presenters are expected to be present at their poster location during the poster presentation time.

The ICPMF7 Staff will provide appropriate adhesive materials to enable the author to mount the poster neatly and easily. 

POSTER DIMENSIONS
Each poster will be allocated a poster board measuring approximately (to be included) cm tall. It is suggested that your poster will not exceed 90 cm wide x 150 cm tall.

POSTER ORIENTATION
Posters must be oriented in a "portrait" (vertical) position.

POSTER TEXT FORMAT
Text should be printed in a font size large enough to read from a maximum distance of 1 m.
