2013 is the 4^rd year the O’pen BIC will hold a National regatta and we hope to attract competitors from all states in what will be a uniquely O’pen BIC event with a major emphasis on having fun with a competitive element. In keeping with this theme the event will consist of O’pen BIC formatted races with the return of the popular Freestyle division.

We very happy to see the O'pen BIC Cup going to Western Australia for 2013 with WA sailors having faithfully supported the East Coast Regattas over the last few years.
