Creating a contacts database and event contact list
EventElephant makes it really easy to create a contacts list of people you want to invite to your event, send reminders to, or just keep in touch with.
You can import your existing contact lists from Excel or via CSV files, and you can quickly add new contacts on an ongoing basis. Once uploaded, you can then create mailing lists from this database for your event invitation lists.

Setting up ticket types
Tickets are created easily and automatically using the ‘Create an event’ wizard. You can create any type of ticket you like, including Standard Tickets, Early Bird Tickets, Members Tickets, All Day Tickets, Session Tickets and many many more.
Plus you can assign any pricing structure to any ticket. The system will alert you when a ticket type is sold out, or coming close to selling out.

Setting up promotional offers
EventElephant lets you create promotional codes that can be used for discounts on any type of ticket you like.
You can attach a discount to a specific ticket type that relates to a specific marketing campaign or promotional offer. The attendee simply enters the code when they buy their ticket(s) and the discount will be applied automatically.
You can also limit the number of tickets available for each promotional code, and set an expiry date for the code. |

Sending promotional emails about your event and managing the responses
EventElephant lets you send email invitations for your events straight to your target audience. You can create either HTML or text-only emails and send them to individuals or to mailing groups. You can send as many emails as you want, and as often as you want.
