The 2012 Great Place to Work® Conference is the only industry event exclusively featuring leaders, practitioners and research from the Best Workplaces.
Join us and 200 fellow executives and people strategy leaders for a one-day learning and networking opportunity. Hear the perspectives of CEOs, HR and Communications leaders on the linkages between people, workplace culture and organisational effectiveness.
Now in its 10th Year, our annual conference is firmly established as the only event of its kind, with speakers drawn exclusively from among the Best Workplaces in Ireland and Europe, as chosen by the real experts - the people who work in them!
Join us on March 22nd for inspiring keynotes and unparalleled networking opportunities in the relaxed and friendly environment that is at the heart of all that we do.
The Theme of this year's conference - The Great Workplace - Time to Create Yours! - is both a call to action and a gentle reminder that although there will never be a 'perfect' time to start your journey, there is no better time to start than now.
Each session is designed to provide inspiration and food for thought - no matter where you are on your Great Place to Work journey.
The Conference Programme is structured around our definition of a Great Place to Work as one where you:
Achieve your organisational objectives with people who give their personal best, working together as a team - all in an environment of Trust.
We've divided the day into four distinct strands to correspond with this concept, with a number of sessions in each strand featuring top industry practitioners sharing their insights and practical advice. In addition to senior speakers from leading organisations such as Boots, Dell, DocMorris, Topaz - with many more to be confirmed in coming days - we are delighted to welcome GPTW co-founder Amy Lyman, whose book The Trusted Leader has just been published.
We put plenty more information about how the day is structured on the 'Programme' tab.
So join us in the Aviva on 22nd March 2012 - we're serving continental breakfast from 08.00 hrs- and come away with:
• A Model for understanding what makes a workplace great
• A framework for how to implement change
• A business case for why building a great workplace is worth the effort
• A network of colleagues, your real-life, real-time resource for supporting your workplace transformation
• The tools and best practices, what you can do to enhance workplace culture
• Inspiration - leave excited about building a better workplace
We've also included two additional, optional sessions. The first, hosted by our MD Cathal Divilly promises to explain everything you could possibly want to know about getting involved in our Best Workplaces Programme, and will run from 0810 to 0845. There is no additional cost but you should pre-book.
And if you've never had a chance to take the Aviva Stadium Tour, now is your chance to get unrivalled access behind the scenes. Tours will start at 1700 hrs from the Atrium and the cost is €8 per person. We'll cover that - but you must pre-book. Just follow the instructions during the registration process.
We look forward to seeing you on 22nd March. We're celebrating 10 Years of Great Workplaces - now it's Time to Create Yours!
