· Progress on the new qualification and credits framework (QCF)
· New apprenticeship framework activities and content
· Sector Train to Gain operations and issues
· Sector funding inconsistencies and / or opportunities
· Workforce development matters of interest
The SIG meetings offer an opportunity for provider members to discuss and share experiences not only with fellow providers but also with policy makers such as the respective SSCs, NAS and of course the Funding agencies. The ALP Regions and Sectors Engagement Manager will usually attend these meetings to provide regular updates on policy developments and to establish and act upon matters of interest that might be affecting member operations.
