EARLY BIRD DELEGATE RATE:

DIMA MEMBER RATE:
€850 + VAT @ 21%
(PAID IN FULL BEFORE MIDNIGHT Sunday 28th March 2010)

Please note that attendee passes are non-transferrable to personnel not within your organization (i.e. sharing of badges is not permitted).

However, note that substitutions are welcome up to 48 hours before the conference, please notify us of the change of attendee and their title in writing to info@eventmanagementinternational.ie

OTHER CONFERENCE DETAILS

DRINKS RECEPTION:
MONDAY 29TH MARCH, 2010 @18:00
Drinks reception in the library (with canapés served) will be held immediately after the conference session ends. Note that cost for same is INCLUDED in your conference fee, i.e. no extra charge to attendees, media, exhibitors, etc.

DRESS CODE:
Dress code for the event is optional but the majority of attendees wear business suit.

CAR PARKING:
There is ample parking available and access to same is via the entrance on Merrion Road (between Four Seasons hotel and Herbert Park Hotel). Car parking is provided via self parking charged at a rate of €6.00 per day per vehicle.  Overnight parking is available by prior agreement with the RDS Premises Office at a rate of €30.00 per vehicle per night for the duration of the conference.
