Abstract/Paper Submission
For the poster session, the authors have to bring their poster in A0 vertical format. Please note that poster printing will be unavailable during the conference.
Oral presentations should be planned for a duration of 15 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions.The authors have to bring all the files needed for the presentation on a USB-KEY or bring their own notebook. Microsoft PowerPoint (version 2007) presentation and Adobe PDF files are allowed.
If the presentation includes videos it is adviced to bring your own notebook or to make sure that the videos are playable on a standard Windows computer (without installation of additional codecs).
If your presentation uses digital video or audio files check that they are saved in the same directory as your PowerPoint-file and adapt the link if needed.
Please bring your data file and give it to technical staff on hand to save your file onto the official computer as soon as you arrive. After loading the digital file into the official computer, you are advised to check for any irregularity in the fonts and appearance and make changes if necessary.

The deadline for submitting the manuscripts (including the WORD or LATEX source file, the corresponding pdf-version and the signed consent to publish form) for the ECCMR conference is extended to Friday, 10th June 2011.
Manuscripts which are received later than this date cannot be considered in the conference proceedings!
