THE RACE

An exhilarting running, kayaking and cycling race through the beautiful scenary of the Irish countryside. Race it as a solo, 2 person relay team where 1 person does the run/kayak and the other does the cycle section or take part in the run/kayak as a solo or the cycle section as a solo.

Expert Solo & Relay Teams:

15km run, 1km kayak, 45km cycle

Sport Solo & Relay Teams:

8km run, 1km kayak, 45km cycle

DQI is designed by experienced race organisers from Causeway Coast Adventure Racing and will make a donation to the African Schools Trust charity.
