How to activate payment
It's simple to request payment.

Option to take offline payments Click on the PAY ME NOW button
Option to take offline payments You're only able to click on this button once the event end date has passed
We will endeavour to transfer the event revenue minus our fee into your bank account within 14 working days.

How can I resend a ticket to an attendee?
If you need to resend a ticket, you can do this easily through your EventElephant account

Option to take offline payments Click into the relevant event control area
Option to take offline payments From there, go into the email management tab
Option to take offline payments Then click on the email history tab
Option to take offline payments This will show a list of who has been emailed a ticket
Option to take offline payments Select and view the email you want to resend
Option to take offline payments Simply resend or send to another email address

How do I see how many tickets I've sold?
To see a simple report that shows you the number of tickets sold and the number remaining.

Option to take offline payments Scroll down to the reports section at the bottom of the page

Follow these instructions to get an instant snapshot of the number of tickets sold, for which date and how much for. As well as names, email addresses and outstanding payments.

How do I issue refunds to attendees?

Option to take offline payments Click on the 'manage' link next the booking and change the status to refund

The refund processes straight away, but it may take a few days to clear into their bank account. This will still incur a 2.5% transaction fee along with the initial payment charge.

How do I change the end date of my event?

Option to take offline payments Click on edit ticket options from the list on the right hand side
Option to take offline payments Scroll down to Edit Ticket Options

Can I link the EventElephant site to my own website?
