Speak up and Speak out - Secrets to Confident Presentations
Do you dread giving presentations? Do you avoid having to speak to groups? Is it holding you back in your work?
A fear of public speaking is one of the commonest concerns that executive coach, Ian Adkins, hears from his clients. It is also relatively easy for most people to conquer their fears with a bit of application, support and guidance, plus plenty of practice.
Indeed, they can be become confident communicators who never look back. Ian was once a timid speaker but has given hundreds of presentations and facilitated hundreds of workshops in recent years. His audiences are usually small groups in a business setting but have included government ministers, chief executives, ambassadors and even royalty from around the world.
