This free event will give providers and commissioners an opportunity to review a range of approaches around collaborative working, and explore both the challenges and the solutions for the future. Workshops and presentations will cover collaboration across the Voluntary and Community Sector in developing and delivering Children and Young People’s services. This will include consortia development, developing collaborative bids, as well as mergers, with examples of practice from:

  • Greenwich Youth Commissioning 
  • The Big Society Co-operative in Kent 
  • Hammersmith Children and Young People’s Forum among others

Target Audience 

  • VCS organisations working with children, young people and their families
  • Local Authority leads and commissioners
  • Regional support organisations across London and the South East
  • Policy and decision makers
