Paul O'Kelly

Paul has worked on projects all over the World and is formerly head of marketing for a Fortune 200 company. For 15 years now, Paul has specialised in strategic thinking and planning, building high performance management teams and enabling corporations successully develop international markets.

Paul developed the Fast Track StrategyTM process for growth businesses, which has helped many companies to achieve outstanding success in a wide range of sectors. Kieran Horan

Kieran has worked on consulting projects worldwide and has more than 20 years' experience in sales, marketing and engineering management. Kieran specialises in developing strategic plans, building sales performance and coaching clients towards day to day high performance. He regularly works with clients as part of their breakthrough team in winning strategic key accounts both locally and internationally.

Bert Farrell

Bert has over 20 years' experience working in different industry sectors including telecomms, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and IT. He has worked as project manager, software development manager, IT Director, business business development director with a number of national and multi-national companies.

Janet Cavanagh

Janet has more than 20 years' experience in industry and consulting in Ireland, UK and Europe. She spent 13 years working in marketing and business development and was involved in setting up joint ventures in a number of European countries.

Peter Hanan

Over the last 20 years, Peter has held senior positions in the pharmaceutical, electronics, retail and construction sectors. He has worked as European HR Director for two US multinationals, and as HR Director and subsequently COO of Superquinn in Ireland.

Peter's focus with 4th Option is on the maximisation of human capital within clients' businesses, ensuring the individual's priorities are aligned with the business goals of the company, and the correct skill sets are in place to allow the enterprise to fulfil its potential. Pat Sutton

Pat is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He has considerable experience in auditing, financial evaluation and planning with a wide range of business sectors. Pat has lectured in Financial Accounting and Audition in a number of business colleges in Ireland.

Pat has successfully worked with many growth businesses in business planning and fundraising (including a project which secured over €400m in funding). He has managed the sale of several businesses to private companies and plc's in Ireland and internationally. Pat works in a coaching and mentoring capacity with CEOS focussing on planning the financial development of the enterprise.
