A six course tasting menu will be served using local, fresh produce in the atmospheric St Olaf’s Hall, courtesy of Arlington Lodge Hotel and Bellissimo Restaurants.
The feast will be opened by the Mayor and the renowned Waterford historian Jack Berchell will speak on local culinary heritage. The ticket includes access to a FREE pre-dinner recital in Christchurch Cathedral, 5.30pm, with Emma Kennedy (piano) and Rebecca Carroll (violin)
