	Dame Kelly Holmes CBE Dame Kelly Holmes CBE is a double Olympic Gold medallist winning the 800m and the 1500m in 2004. She was honoured with a Damehood by the Queen in 2005 and was made the National School Sports Champion in 2006. Kelly started running when she was 12 years old and over the years her sporting career has included gold medals at the Commonwealth Games and silver at the World Chamionship. She battled with injuries at key points in her career, but overcame them to take on the world.
	Barry Sheerman MP Barry Sheerman is the MP for Huddersfield and has been the Chairman of the Commons Select Committee for Children, Schools and Families since 2007. He served on the Education and Skills Committee from 2001 to 2007 and has extensive experience in educational issues and has played a key role in education policy and debates.
	Steve Sharpley Steve Sharpley is an international organisational development consultant and speaker, plus personal and team peak performance development coach / workshop leader. The founder of Xcell Dynamics Ltd, he focuses on assisting businesses, leaders, their teams and golfers to develop sustainable peak performance and results. He has worked with internationally diverse teams across the UK, Europe, the United States, the Far East and Africa and his clients include organisations such as BP, Citigroup, Vodafone, Innovene, Ericsson (Indonesia) United Utilities, The National Trust and Tesco. In addition to over 15 years’ business experience, a BSc in psychology and MSc in psychology and the facilitation of change, Steve has undergone training and guidance from the top people in the world in the simple and innovative approach he brings to his clients and contained in his book ‘Success is a Mind Game’. He enjoys golf, photography and travel.
	Eleanor Yearwood In the past 9 years Eleanor has developed and delivered numerous leadership development seminars and workshops, and coached over 200 senior leaders in very diverse businesses such as, national rail network, hospitals, education, housing association, public sector, banking, alcohol manufacturer and distributer, financial sector and IT software companies, to name but a few. Her background is in the leisure and hospitality industry, having been a General Manager for 17 years before changing careers in 2001. As well as being a qualified NLP Trainer and Coach, she is also qualified to administer a number or psychometrics such as MBTI, Thomas Kilmann, Hogan, Strengthscope, DISC, LAB profile and FIRO-B.
	Julie Marsden (CMCIPD) As an independent consultant, Julie delivers a broad range of management development programmes and tools for front line managers through to Board level teams, focusing on communication, interpersonal skills and leadership, enabling people managers to get the best out of their teams, as well as individuals. With over 25 years experience in HR and organisation development, Julie works predominantly in the private, as well as not for profit sectors and has several years experience of educational environments.
