Once again we are off to the Hayes Conference Centre for our Weekend Away. Please use this site to book in yourself and family. Any problems then please email hayesweekend@citychurchsheffield.org.uk or phone 0114 2682555. However, if you read the following instructions carefully, it should save you lots of emails and phone calls:
1. Lead booker: This is the person who books people in and will be the main contact for a booking. If this is a family all in the same room, no probs as mum or dad can do it and make sure everyone knows about it. If its a two or three friends sharing, choose who's the lead booker and they can book all of you in. All info will be given to every adult attending (despite what this system says). If families are split up (i.e. youths on their own, parents else where), it would help if these were done as separate bookings if possible. You can book in on your own and just let us know who you are sharing with if you wish to do it that way (use the 'Sharing with' box separating names with a comma).
2. Email addresses: we're not expecting children to have them but the system forces us to ask you for them and for you to fill them in. Either put the lead bookers email address in or put in a dummy email address e.g. blank@blank.com.
3. Ticket type: if you are there the whole weekend, choose a 'standard' ticket. If you are going to miss a meal or are there for two days only, or any variation of not being there for everything, please choose a 'Part Weekend Ticket'. Then note what you are doing in the 'Additional Info' box. This allows the team to make sure we know exactly what is happening and that we don't end up getting charged for meals or beds that aren't used.
4. Room type. For most it should be straight forward what you would like so choose away. There are a limited number of rooms where 3 or 4 adults or youths can share a room. If this is the case, please book in the number of tickets you require under the same booking, and choose 'Twin Room', though please be aware that we can't guarantee you will get this arrangement. We also cannot guarantee that married couples asking for twin rooms will get them. They are at a premium so feel free to ask but please be gracious if we can't provide.
5. Cancellations and changes: at 27th April, the system will close and all changes and or cancellations will need to be done via email to hayesweekend@citychurchsheffield.org.uk or phoning 0114 2682555.
6. Confirmation: once you have booked in the lead booker should receive a confirmation email. Please keep this for future reference and ensure that all members of you party have a copy of it.
