On Monday the 23rd of January 2012 Wesley Smalley, Executive Chef of Charlotte's Bistro presents his 'Game Night'.
The event starts at 7pm with drinks served on arrival followed by a sit down seven course menu celebrating seasonality, quality local produce and modern British cooking at its best - the focal point of the evening will, of course, be game. Wesley will be up in the dining room after dinner to talk about food, cooking and anything else that springs to mind! Charlotte's Bistro owner Alex Wrethman will be looking after you on the evening with Matthew Mawtus, Charlotte's Operations Director and resident wine expert. We would kindly ask guests to arrive promptly.
