Sending email invitations and email management

EventElephant lets you send email invitations for your events straight to your target audience. You can create either HTML or text-only emails and send them to individuals or to mailing groups. You can send as many emails as you want, and as often as you want.

Of course, you can send emails from your own email system if you prefer.



How do I send emails?
You can send emails from two areas of EventElephant:

What type of emails can I send?
There are two types of email you can send – automated and custom.

Automated emails have been pre-written by EventElephant can be found in the Event Control Area.

They’re great for quickly sending out generic communications, such as invitations, reminders and thank yous. All the key info regarding you event will automatically be included on these emails, such as the name of the event, the date and location, and the link to your website.

You can preview automated emails before you send them. And you’ve got the choice to send them to individuals or mailing groups.

Customised emails let you write whatever you like and are great for adding the personal touch. You can write a customised email either by going to My Dashboard or the Event Control Area.
