New email management functionality!

We have added lots of new email functionality for you to use;

Send emails to registered attendees and guests
You can now segment out your emails for each event, and you are able to send customised emails just to those contacts who have signed up to attend.

This change will allow you to send a reminder email to contacts who are attending an event and who have opted in to allowing contact from the event organiser.

You are able to do this in the Event Control Area for each event and by clicking on the ‘Custom Email’.

When you click on the "Add All Attendees" tab your email will be auto-populated with the names and addresses of all contacts who are flagged as attending the event.

Get email notification when your tickets are ‘sold out’
Currently when you are setting up your event in the ‘create an event’ wizard you can set the quantities that you want to be available for each ticket type that you create.

Once the limit for each of your ticket types have been reached by people registering for your event then you will now receive an email notification that the tickets are ‘sold out’.

You will then be able to re-enter the ‘create an event’ wizard and reset the capacity per ticket type. You can do this via the Event Control Area for each event under Modify Event details/edit ticket options.

New CC and BCC email functionality
There are now ‘CC’ and ‘BCC’ fields available for all customised emails. You can find customised emails in the Event Control Area for each event.

You will also be able to separate email addresses by comma, semi-colon and by starting a new address on a new line. You can mix and match as you please, so for example the following example is valid and will successfully send mails to all 4 recipients:

person1@hotmail.com, person2@hotmail.com; person3@hotmail.com
person4@hotmail.com
