My Dashboard
This gives you a bird’s-eye view of all the events you’ve created. From here you can access and manage all the contacts that you’ve added and imported, plus you can view and organise all the email groups that you’ve set up for each event.
You can access My Dashboard at anytime – the button will always appear at the top of the page, next to ‘Edit Profile’.
NB: My Dashboard will only fill with data after you’ve created your first event.

The Event Control Area
The Event Control Area gives you an overview of a specific event. It lets you add, edit and preview content, build a contacts database, send emails, and view reports for the event.
NB: you can only access the Event Control Area after you’ve set up an event. It can also be accessed via My Dashboard – just go to the ‘Actions’ column.

Live bookings
When you’re in the Event Control Area, you can also see ‘live’ who has signed up for your event. You’ll find the ‘live’ window to your event by clicking the ‘Bookings’ tab.

Event Reports
Whenever you create an event, EventElephant automatically produces a number of really useful reports.
They’re ideal for quickly sorting important info into one easy-to-read page. You can run reports to get data on a number of key areas, such as the number of registered attendees, the number of ticket types booked, overdue bookings, break-out session attendance etc.
You can access the reports for each event in the Event Control Area. The types of reports available will vary according to the type of event you’ve created. A multi-day conference will generate more reports than for a dinner party, for example.
