Setting up your EventElephant account is easy. To set up your account simply register your name, address, contact number and email and your password. Once EventElephant has your details logged, you are immediately ready to create your first event. There is no need to activate your account or reconfirm your details.
If however you do experience any difficulty at all with the account creation process, email us at support@eventelephant.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Event Organisers
EventElephant makes it easy to create your event website, send out invitations and sign up attendees with step by step web wizards that prompt you on what to do next. You will never lose your place or miss a step. EventElephant guides you simply and smoothly through the entire process.

Event Attendees
Using EventElephant to register for an event couldn’t be easier. There are two ways to access an event.
1. You will either have been sent an invitation by the event organiser, containing a link to their event’s registration page
2. You will have searched the listed events on EventElephant and clicked on the listing to access your chosen event’s registration page.
Either way, just one click and you are ready to register. All you do is select how many tickets you want, (make sure EventElephant has your email address), and if it’s a free event, that’s it.
If it’s a ‘fee paying’ event, then you either pay online using one of the credit or debit payment options, or you can select to pay offline. In literally seconds you are registered to attend your chosen event.

Payments
EventElephant fees and charges are simple and straightforward. If the event is free, then so are we and if the event has a fee to attend, then attendee’s pay EventElephant 4.75% on top of the ticket price, it’s that simple.
