Customise your site by uploading logos, photos or videos straight onto the page. Choose from a library of ‘ready to use’ design templates or design and upload your own! Add or edit detailed descriptions about your events including timings, overview, or specialist information. Input information about where your event will take place and automatically generate directions with integrated Google map facilities.
Use our range of promotion tools to compose your email message and customise its look and feel then insert a link to your event website. Send to your contact list and your event is open to your community.
Pull contact data in from a variety of locations and compile a unique event database. Edit and update contacts and add attendees to your mail out list. You can also export data to excel for sorting and save and reuse contact lists. Automatically collect and store attendee and community information as they register.
You can run ‘free to attend events’ at no cost. Paying attendees pay EventElephant a 4.75% fee on top of their ticket price which we collect during the online payment process.

Set up all your events in one go, if you have numerous events taking place throughout the year, spending one set up session will slash the time you spend on event organisation.
