‘Pay Me Now’ button for organisers

When your event has ended and you want EventElephant to pay you the money that has been collected from your attendees, then all you have to do is to click the ‘End of Event-Pay me Now’ button. This is located in the Event Control Area for each of your events under the ‘Event Settlement’ heading and will appear after the event end date has been reached.

Clicking the Pay Me Now button automatically generates an invoice that goes straight through to the EventElephant Finance team, who will verify and action the payment to the organiser

If your event is a free business event, at the end of your event, a button will appear in your Event Control Area which says ‘End of Event’. This button will only appear once the event end date has been reached. Once you click the ‘End of Event’ button, your event settlement will be processed and an invoice issued to you for the Registration Fee incurred per attendee (£2.00/€2.45/$3.30 per attendee).
