Back 1. Where do I find the event reports?
The reports can be found in the Event Control Area for each event under ‘Reports’.



You can look at tickets bookings for each event as they happen in the ‘Bookings’ tab section of the Event Control Area.

Back 2. What type of reports is there?
The quantity and type of report change depending on the type of event that you have set up, (whether it is a free or a paid for event, a classic or a professional site). In general there are 6 key reports;

Attendees Report
(a list of everyone who has registered for your event)
Summary Report - Additional Attendee Information
(shows additional attendee information)
Event Snapshot Report
(summary high level view of your event)
Outstanding Fees Report
(lists attendees who have not yet paid)
Master Organiser Report
(financial report for your event)
Name Badges Summary Report
(lists whether name badges have been printed or not)

Back 3. Can I export my event reports?
Yes you can.
All reports can be exported both to Excel and to PDF. You can do this in the report page itself. At the top of the report page you will be able to choose Excel or PDF in the ‘Format’ drop down box. Simply clicking the ‘Export‘ button will automate the process and will open the newly exported report on your desktop.

Back 4. Can I print off my reports?
Yes you can.
You can use the print icon on the report screen. You may be asked to download additional software by Microsoft the first time that you want to print off a report. It is perfectly safe to do so and takes hardly any time.

Back 5. What do I do if I have a query on one of my reports?
If you want someone to orientate you around the reporting area or if you have a query with regards a specific report for an event, then please contact our support team straight away;
